Marvel's Spider-Man 2 to druga część przygód dwóch Pajączków - Petera Parkera oraz Milesa Moralesa. Ponownie trafiamy do Nowego Jorku, tym razem powiększonego o obszar Queens oraz Brooklynu, co oczywiście wpływa na ogólny rozmiar mapy. Technologicznie i wizualnie to bardziej dopieszczona wersja pierwowzoru, jednocześnie Spider-Man 2 potrafi być znacznie bardziej wymagający względem jedynki. Miejsce testowe to dzielnica finansowa Manhattanu, gdzie trafiamy po zakończonej walce z Sandmanem. To nieco bardziej liniowa sekwencja, jednak o wyższym poziomie wymagań dla sprzętu.
